Are you passionate about gymnastics and inspiring young athletes? Niagara Falls Lightning Gymnastic Club is hiring for the following positions:

Recreational Program Coordinator/Coach

Starting September, 2026

Niagara Falls Lightning Gymnastic Club is currently seeking a Recreational Program Coordinator/Coach – an innovative team player with excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to motivate a coaching team. Duties include direct recreational coaching, supervising other coaches, creating schedules, developing new and exciting programs, and other duties. This is an hourly position with a total of 30 hours/week.

Minimum Requirements:

Old NCCP Level 1 Technical Artistic or Artistic Foundations Trained
Old NCCP Level 1 Trampoline or Trampoline Foundations Trained
Respect in Sport
First Aid/CPR
Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) or willing to obtain
A degree in Recreational Management, Physical Education or Kinesiology is an asset
Experience in a similar position and in a recreational coaching setting is an asset
