Niagara Falls Lightning Gymnastics has been offering recreation and competitive gymnastics programs to the Niagara Region since 1976! We may have moved one or two times and we have seen many great coaches over our time as a club, but one thing has always remained the same, our dedication to every person who walks through our doors!

 

Conveniently located off the QEW  (Lyons Creek Exit) on Montrose Rd. we welcome gymnasts from all over Niagara.

 

We offer both recreation and competitive programming with classes that cater to various skill levels.

 

Our recreation programs introduce children to the activity of gymnastics in a safe and fun-filled environment. Our gymnasts follow the CANGYM badge system according to their ability and current level of achievement. At the end of every session each gymnast is given a report card with a ribbon of the level they have completed as well as suggestions of what class to enter to continue progression.
